President of the Management Board of the Chamber

Marcin Dyl, Ph. D.

He graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration of the Warsaw University.

He has been connected with the capital market since the beginning of his professional career. In 1994 he joined The Polish Securities Commission (currently: The Polish Financial Supervision Authority), where since 1997 he served as Deputy Head of Legal Department, and from 2000 to 2005 he was a Head of Legal Department. Between the years of 1999 to 2004 he was a member of the Examination Committee for Investment Advisors. Since July 1, 2005 he has been performing his duties as President of the Management Board of the Chamber of Fund and Asset Management. In the period February-August 2008 he was a member of the Warsaw Stock Exchange. Since June 2008, in his capacity of a Member of the Board of Directors of EFAMA, he has been representing the Polish Mutual Funds Market at the European Forum.

Simultaneously he works as a researcher and lecturer at the Faculty of Law and Administration of Warsaw University. His research and teaching activities to a large measure concern the issues related to the functioning of the capital market. In 2000 he received his Ph.D., his thesis was entitled "Administrative and Legal Aspects of the Investment Funds Operations". He is the author of numerous publications on capital markets. He also performs his duties of a member of the Scientific Council of the Institute of Law and Administration Sciences.

In his private life he is married and a passionate bridge and chess player.

Leszek Jedlecki

Chairman of the Board of the Chamber, President of the Management Board of ING TFI S.A.

He has a university degree in economics, and is a graduate of the Warsaw School of Economics. Since 1991 he has occupied senior positions in Bank Śląski S.A. In the years 1996-1997 he has served as Operational Director at ING Investment Management (Polska) S.A. Since 1998 he has been working at ING Towarzystwo Funduszy Inwestycyjnych S.A., where in the years 1998-2002 he served as a Member of the Management Board, and from July 2002 to August 2007 he was a Vice President of the Management Board. Since June 2002 he has served as a Vice President of the Management Board of ING Investment Management (Polska) S.A. On August 20, 2007 he was appointed a President of the Management Board of ING Towarzystwo Funduszy Inwestycyjnych S.A. He is responsible for the Finance and Operations Department.

Krzysztof Samotij

Vice Chairman of the Board of the Chamber, President of the Management Board of BZ WBK AIB TFI S.A.

Krzysztof Samotij is a graduate of the Wrocław University of Technology and the State University of New York at Albany.

In 1981 he received his doctorate in mathematics (Analysis and Probability Calculus) and started to work as a lecturer at the Wroclaw University of Technology. He also taught at the State University of New York at Albany and the University of Delaware. He is the author of numerous scientific papers on mathematics (Functional and Complex Analysis). In 1996 he received an investment adviser license No. 87.

Since July 1997 he was employed in WBK AIB Asset Management S.A., as an Investment Advisor and Bond Market Manager. In February 1998 he was appointed President of the Management Board of WBK AIB Towarzystwo Funduszy Powierniczych S.A. In April 2001 he became a Director of Research and Development of WBK AIB Towarzystwo Funduszy Inwestycyjnych S.A. and an Investment Adviser in WBK AIB Asset Management S.A.

In May 2002 he again assumed the position of President of the Management Board of BZ WBK AIB Towarzystwo Funduszy Inwestycyjnych S.A.

Artur Czerwoński

Member of the Board of the Chamber, President of the Management Board of BPH TFI S.A.

Artur Czerwoński, CFA (40) is a graduate of the Faculty of Technical Physics and Applied Mathematics of the Warsaw University of Technology. In 1997 he graduated from the prestigious training organized by Alliance-Ibbotson Research Institute on the Global Portfolio Management, which was combined with his participation in the works of a team of managers of Alliance Investment Funds. In 2002 he earned a title of a Financial Risk Manager awarded by the Global Association of Risk Professionals, and in 2003 the title of Chartered Financial Analyst awarded by the CFA Institute. Between 1994-2003 he worked in the companies of the Pekao Group, and since 2001 he has been connected with Pioneer Pekao Investment Management, where he was implementing and managing the quantitative investment products: protected share portfolio, index and arbitration mutual funds. For two years he worked as a Director of Risk Control, responsible for implementing Operational Risk Management System in the entities being a part of New Europe Division, of the global structures of Pioneer. Since 2003 he has been connected with BPH TFI, where from October 2003 to June 2005 he managed the debt portfolios and bond fund.

 Since August 2005 he has been a Director of the Risk Management Department and was responsible for the issues related both to the management of investment risk (i.e., budgeting, measurement and monitoring of market, credit and liquidity, performance attribution risks), as well as the issues related to the management of operational risk. On December 1, 2006, he became a Director of the Department of Management, and became responsible for managing the assets of all funds, offered by the Company, and in June 2007 he was appointed a President of the Management Board. During his professional career, he participated in numerous implementations of the investment products which were innovative in the Polish capital market. He is the author of publications in the area of portfolio investment and risk management.

Krzysztof Lewandowski

A graduate of Wroclaw University of Technology and of Executive MBA conducted by the Warsaw University of Technology Business School, London Business School, HEC Paris and Norwegian School of Economics and Business Administration and Capital Investment, postgraduate studies at the Higher School of Banking in Poznan. Since 1994 he has been licensed as a securities broker with number 790

He has been connected with the investment funds industry since January 1995. Initially, he worked at Pioneer Pierwsze Polskie Towarzystwo Inwestycyjne S.A., in a regional sales office in Wroclaw. Then, since 1996 he was a head of the Department of Marketing Research of this company, and from 1999 to February 2000 - of the Department of Marketing and PR.

In the period from February 2000 to June 2001, he worked as a Senior Management Consultant in van Bueren, Muth und Partner Management Consulting GmbH company, where he oversaw the restructuring of business processes, management consulting and training of the management personnel.

In Pioneer Pekao Towarzystwo Funduszy Inwestycyjnych S.A. he has been working since June 2001 and in Pioneer Pekao Investment Management S.A. since June 2002, where he served as Director of Strategy and Development Department in charge for the development and implementation of new funds and investment products, and since April 2009, he served as the Vice President of the Board of of Pioneer Pekao Towarzystwo Fundszy Inwestycyjnych S.A. responsible for sales, marketing and product development.

In the global structure of Pioneer Investments, he served as Head of CEE Product I Development and was responsible for coordinating the activities of product of Pioneer Investments in Central and Eastern Europe.

Since September 25, 2009 he has been serving as the president of the management board of Pioneer Pekao Towarzystwo Funduszy Inwestycyjnych and Pioneer Pekao Investment Management S.A.

Krzysztof Stupnicki

Member of the Board of the Chamber, President of the Management Board Amplico TFI S.A.

Since 2003 he has been a President of Towarzystwo Funduszy Inwestycyjnych S.A. (currently Amplico TFI S.A.) In the years 1996-2002, he was a President of the Management Board of ING Investment Management (Polska) S.A. and a Chairman of the Supervisory Board of ING Towarzystwo Funduszy Inwestycyjnych S.A, a secretary of the Supervisory Board of PTE Nationale-Nederlanden (1998-2000), and a member of the Supervisory Board of ING Financial Services (1998-2000). In the years 1991-1995 he worked at Credit Suisse First Boston, as an Agent for Poland, where he has, inter alia, set up a brokerage house. Earlier in the years 1989-91 he was an employee of the Ministry of Finance and the Ministry of Ownership Transformations, inter alia responsible for the commercialization of state enterprises and privatization of companies wholly owned by the State Treasury by means of the IPO. In the years 1987-89 he was a research worker at the World Economy Research Institute in Warsaw. He graduated from the Main School of Planning and Statistics (currently the Warsaw School of Economics), Specialization: Finance and Econometrics. He studied economics at the Cornell University, USA, and management CEDEP/INSEAD, France.

Chairman of the Review Committee of the Chamber - Piotr Habiera (Vice President of the Management Board KBC TFI S.A.)

He graduated from the Faculty Economic and Social Studies of Warsaw School of Economics. In the years 1992 - 1994 he was employed by Krajowa Izba Rozliczniowa S.A., as an analyst. Since May 1994, he was connected to the Capital Operations Center of Bank Handlowy w Warszawie S.A., where he subsequently served the following positions: inspector - securities broker, Team Leader of the Affiliated Brokerage Houses, Head of the Exchange Trading Department, Director of the Branch. Since November 2001, he has been employed in Kredyt Bank S.A., in the Investment Banking Department, as a banking adviser. Since February 2002 he has been appointed a Member of the Management Board - General Director of Towarzystwo Funduszy Inwestycyjnych Kredyt Bank S.A., and President of the Management Board of KB Zarządzanie Aktywami S.A. In June 2002 he was appointed as President of the Management Board of the Company. Since April 20, 2005 he has served - at KBC TFI S.A., as the Vice-President of the Management Board, responsible for the Division of Sales and Product Development.

Deputy Chairman of the Review Committee of the Chamber - Marcin Bednarek (Vice President of the Management Board of BPH Towarzystwo Funduszy Inwestycyjnych S.A.)

He is responsible for Sales and Marketing Division. He has university economic education received at the Economic Academy in Kraków. He received a Professional Diploma in Marketing awarded by the Chartered Institute of Marketing in the UK.

In the years 1993-2001 he was employed by the Bank Przemysłowo-Handlowy S.A., where he, among others, served as a Head of Marketing Team. He has been involved in projects related to the merger of Bank Przemysłowo-Handlowy S.A. and Powszechny Bank Kredytowy S.A., among others, in the scope of marketing communication. In the years 2002 - 2003 he served as a Team Marketing Manager of the Bank Przemysłowo-Handlowy PBK S.A., and from 2003 to 2004 as a Project Manager, he was responsible for carrying out a comprehensive process of rebranding of Bank Przemysłowo-Handlowy PBK S.A.

Member of  the Review Committee of the Chamber - Piotr Dubno (Member of the Management Board of PKOTowarzystwo Funduszy Inwestycyjnych S.A.)

Graduate of Warsaw School of Economics, Department of Finance and Banking. MBA diploma of the University of Minnesota, Licensed Securities Trader, Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA).

At the onset of his professional career, he was involved in Capital Markets, initially as a Securities Trader at the Capital Operations Centre of Bank Handlowy in Warsaw S.A..then as an Analyst for M&A Investment Bank Austria, and as Director of the Investment Department, PZU NFI Management. He was also a Member of the Management Board of Polish Airlines LOT S.A., Member of the Council of Warsaw Exchange, Member of the Supervisory Board of Totalizator Sportowy.
